RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Hello! Thank you for purchasing our one-of-a-kind piece of art. We hope you love your purchase and want you to be completely satisfied with your order.

If you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to accept your return in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging within 10 days of the delivery
of your art piece. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase to complete this transaction.

How to start your return

To begin your return, you can contact us at service@dushkasemsch.com. In our email, please include your order number, and the name of the item you wish to return.

If your return is accepted, we will reply with a shipping label and further instructions to complete your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and have inspected your return and let you know
if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow 7 to 10 business days after receiving confirmation, for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
