You will receive your order within 7 business days from the shipping date, depending on where you are in the continental U.S. and the shipping service selected.

Currently, we do not offer International Shipping.

Please note that orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays. We don't offer a Saturday delivery option.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number via orders@dushkasemsch.com email.

We do not offer international shipping at this time. 

We would gladly assist you in canceling your order, but only if your order has not been shipped. If you have an order cancellation request, please email service@dushkasemsch.com at least 2 hours after the purchase and we’ll be happy to help you. Please note that our distribution center is always trying to make your package arrive as soon as possible, so it may not always be possible to issue a cancellation. If the cancellation is not possible, don't worry we’ll work through it! Once you receive your package, email services@dushkasemsch.com to begin your return process.

The fastest way to ensure you get your desired item, is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate your order and make it right.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to accept your return in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging within 10 days of the delivery of your art piece. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase to complete this transaction.

To begin your return, you can contact us at service@dushkasemsch.com. In the email, please include your order number, and the name of the item you wish to return.

If your return is accepted, we will reply with a shipping label and further instructions to complete your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

With a clean dry cloth, just wipe through the acrylic surface in case of the Funky Camelids. Do not use abrasive materials thus this will scratch the acrylic material.

With any other art pieces, just wipe softly with a dry cloth.
